In the years I've been going to you. I've been very pleased with what you have done. My complaint istrivial, namely I had a 2pm appointmernt, got there at .1.45, car was taken in at 2.30 and I got out essentially at 3.30. Ihad plenty of reading to do. I would prefer your not publishing my review with my name.

delays because of wrong parts, etc. can't be helped, BUT are frustrating for all. Discounts or not could be more clear, i.e. so many punches, a free oil change, and the larger membership or discounts we purchased.
