I've been going to the Mercedes Clinic since it opened and been real happy with their service. Always prompt and honest and you can't want any more from a car shop. My vehicle is a 2002 Sprinter van which is wholly manufactured by MB in Germany, but not your typical Mercedes. They've occasionally had to be 'creative' to solve issues and every time they've been effective. Good shop !
