I really appreciate the honest and professional service I receive every time I bring a vehicle to South Denver Auto. I brought my truck to South Denver Auto 5+ years and over 100,000 miles ago and it was running like it wasn't going to make it a whole lot longer. It was disconcerting to hear all of the issues they were telling me needed to be taken care of then that my previous mechanics had missed or been neglecting. While I was a little apprehensive to spend the money they were telling me I needed to spend in order to fix everything, I bit the bullet and went for it. I have shopped around and found South Denver Auto to be very fair in their pricing, and their service and hospitality are top notch. I am very happy to say that my truck is currently running wonderfully at over 209,000 miles and I would highly recommend South Denver Auto to anyone that wants to get the most out of their vehicle and drive it as long as possible.

I had a coupon for a dirt-cheap oil change. I know they probably lost money on my service. However, when I left they told me there's nothing else my car needs right now. During a previous service, they told me my serpentine belt was wearing out and were happy to show me the evidence of it. There was no attempt to up-sell or to make me think I needed something I didn't. I haven't had any major repairs done here, but I think this is evidence that they're honest here. I would feel comfortable if I did eventually need major repairs. My only problem was that their online reservation system doesn't seem to work. Despite having a confirmation email for my appointment, they had no idea I was coming. Still, they were able to squeeze me in, hence the stars.
