I really appreciate the service I receive from South Denver Auto. I have been taking my truck there for 5+ years now and it is running strong with over 209,000 miles on it. There have been some expensive visits over the years but averaged out it is still far cheaper than any monthly payment I would make purchasing a different car. The crew at South Denver Auto are very knowledgeable and excellent troubleshooters. They have been prompt and thorough in all of my visits. When I first brought my truck to South Denver Auto more than 100,000 miles ago it was a little disconcerting to have so many maintenance issues brought to my attention that had been missed by my previous mechanics. While I was a little apprehensive about the amount of work they were telling me needed to be done and how much it would cost I bit the bullet and let them do the work. It has been an excellent investment in my vehicle and I am happy to recommend them to anyone. If you want to get the most out of your vehicle and make it last as long as possible, South Denver Auto is the auto shop for you.

All work was done as promised and by the time promised.

We had some work done on our Highlander in 2009 - brakes, transmission flush and a new battery. They charges us an arm and a leg and we were later told by another automotive place that our transmission fluid had not been changed. They even showed it to us so we could see how dirty it was. We just took our car into another place to get the brakes fixed and they told us the brake pads on the car were "after market". Denver Automotive charged us for a "premium brake pad set", "platinum disc". I didn't feel good about the place when I took my car there and highly recommend you avoid this place. They will steal you blind.

Once again, I love these guys! What class, what integrity! My check engine light came on so I made an appointment, and brought it in. They called a few hours later to tell me all it was was a loose gas cap. They told me they were NOT going to charge me a diagnostic fee, that I could just come get it. I tried to give them even some money for their time, and they wouldn't take it. I'm a loyal customer.

Chris and Jared are awesome. Finding Master level Mercedes technicians in an environment you can trust is so refreshing. Cool shop and great idea with the name guys. I give them two thumbs up!
