I agree with others, South Denver Auto is the best shop to recommend service. the extra time to explain, phone call, follow-up, and get a ride is wonderful. also a comfortable wait/read/coffee area. trust and respect is earned, and you guys have it. thanks.

We have been taking our 2000 Chevy Suburban to South Denver Automotive since we got it in 2005. They have always been friendly, and we have never felt like they were pushing to do additional work we didn't want. In fact, there have been several occasions I have asked to have something checked (like the brakes), and upon inspection they have told me everything is OK. They are also very good at explaining the work they will do, and no surprises when we get the bill. I have called several times to ask questions without an appointment and they are happy to provide answers if they can. We have always felt like we are valued customers.

As always before, I had great service on my most recent trip to South Denver Automotive. Steve and his entire crew have made a beliver out of me that you can still get service you can trust and respect.

We have been taking our cars here for a few years now, and the service is always great. They never pressure or try to upsell, and only do the work that is necessary, even if initially I think that more needs to be done. They don't just blindly follow checklists, they actually make sure the work needs to be done before doing it.
