I drive a manual transmission vehicle. The clutch was going out and I needed to make an appointment very quickly somewhere. It was a week before I could get in anywhere so I called South Denver Automotive, took it in that day they looked at it and began working on it within that time. They gave me a loaner car and the next day my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. Tremendous customer service!

Megan was professional and friendly. And was able to help navigate what I needed to get done. And, repairs were prompt!

These people are amazing! Polite, professional, quick to respond to questions. They are truly good people from the front desk to the techs in the back. We did not see eye to eye on the diagnostic outcome but they handled it so professionally. They had a loner vehicle for me to use and did not charge me a penny when I locked the keys inside and they had to come unlock it. I wish these guys the Best and hope they are wildly successful!
