I'm not ever taking my car anywhere else. The facility is new, big, AND pretty cool looking. My car was in and out in a matter of hours (with appointments, of course) and Megan and the team were all friendly and courteous. Megan quoted me on what needed to be done; no more, no less. Didn't pressure me for anything else. MB Clinic has my business for life.

Seldom will you find mechanics that are straight up straight with you. These guys play by the rules of integrity. Take your vehicle here. They'll tell you how it is.

These guys are The Bee's Knees. Their knowledge of Mercedes is staggering; they're also quite up front and honest about what needs to be done with your vehicle. If I had billions of dollars to invest in a Formula 1 Race Team, I'd hire this whole shop to be part of the pit crew. Just got my car serviced again with a check engine light and a Service B. The car runs as if it was brand new again. I forgot how much power this modest machine could crank out. I won't kid you, it cost big money to repair but these kinds of repairs exist on all kinds of vehicles. MB Clinic is methodical with how they go about recommending repairing such items. They don't just come at you like you're the Duke of Windsor. They tell you what is reaching the end of it's life and suggest what will more than likely need to be repaired by the next Service. I'd rather know right now that I am going to need brakes and Sway-Bar links now as opposed to when those sway-bar links and/or brakes fail at sudden notice. It gives me time to allocate funds for these repairs. My car moves like a rocket again; another 5/5 Service.
