Firstly, I have never been to this automotive service shop...never stepped foot in the door. The only interaction I had was a phone call. I live in Northern Virginia, however, grew up in Denver. My sister and father are still in Denver. That said, my 85 year old father's car wouldn't start. He was stuck in a parking lot couple of blocks north from the shop, on Colorado Blvd...highly likely his battery. My sister had knee surgery and couldn't help. He asked someone for a jump which didn't work. In my desperation, I called SDA and spoke with Nathanael to see if anyone could take a battery up to him and replace it, I was willing to pay for it. Nathanael explained that they were not equipped to provide any type of remote mobile service and also they were about to close the shop...which I understood. However, Nathanael offered to take a battery up to his location after he closed the shop and help my dad. Again, I have no experience with SDA as an automotive service center, however, they wouldn't be in business as long as they have if they didn't provide good mechanic services. I can only judge them by their character. Nathanael being compassionate enough to offer his personal time to go help my dad after work speaks volumes of his character which in turn reflects on the shops character. Thank you Nathanael, I truly appreciate the offer of your personal time. BTW, another good Samaritan took the time and this time a jump did work and he got home safely. There is hope in the world after all.
