My Subaru broke down on a Sunday evening. I had it towed to South Denver Auto, expecting to be without a car for at least a week, and they had it diagnosed, fixed, and back to me in less than 24 hours! Mike was incredibly helpful and nice during all of our phone calls. Thank you!!

These guys are honest and care about the quality of their work. I had to have struts on my Mazda replaced, but after a day or two they started rattling and bouncing like crazy. The car sounded like a train. I brought it back and they tightened things up, but a day or two later it happened again. I ended up bringing the car back 6 times! Each time they replaced parts and did their best, right down to entirely replacing both struts... but this still didn't solve the problem. I was discouraged, but they kept trying. Finally, after 5 trips in, Mazda published a known-defects report. It turns out there was a design flaw in their original struts that aftermarket manufacturers copied. Mazda had corrected their design but aftermarket parts were not corrected. Mike ordered Mazda struts for me, and all is finally well! These guys could have written me off at any point, or try to charge me extra, or not cared about the rattle, but they did not. They honored their guarantee at cost to them and made sure they put out quality work. As frustrating as this experience was for me, it was for them also, but they stuck to it! They've earned my trust!

We have had great experience with everyone at this shop! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I've brought my vehicle here multiple times for oil changes, brakes, and a variety of other things. They always make sure to review the warranty for items that would fall under it. Speechless...the search for an honest mechanic can be quite exhausting. I recently moved from Seattle and in four years of living there and talking with every german car shop in town, I was resigned to the fact that the price gouging was to be expected. Until I came to Denver and found MB-clinic. My ml350 desired a B service and after reading the reviews I made the appointment. The service itself is 500 and I honestly expected to be presented with a estimate nearing 1000 or more. I know the dealership would not let me roll without collecting at least a few grand. ( Actually the dealer did not have a loaner car available but these guys did ). After a short time I get a call and an estimate of $300. ?? I was told that my car didn’t need a service B and why go to the expense. Instead they just attended to the necessary items and nothing further. I was expecting to give 550 and they easily could’ve got away with that and maybe a few hundred more. This breed of integrity coupled with quality repair work is unheard of...MB-Clinic is the unicorn for Mercedes repair in Denver ..you do not need to look anywhere else.
