Denver Auto Repair

Just had my first experience yesterday and it was absolutely horrendous. This place found an issue with replacing my oxygen sensor which is understandable and I asked them to stop and leave my car as it was. They told me they'd speak with me about a quote for another repair when I came to get it. When I showed up no one spoke with me about the quote instead someone just informed me part of my grill came off when they popped my hood and they also mentioned they weren't an auto body shop so they couldn't fix it and that they had just put the piece in the back of my car....I was very disappointed and left. Then the owner called and tried to offer to buy a new one and the shop would put it on...even though I was told them aren't an auto body shop and don't do that...anyway that meant me bringing my car back to the shop which will never happen. Today I assessed the damage and they were all clean breaks in the grill which means they forced the hood open and didn't reach under to release the latch. This was all their doing which a decent shop would've taken ownership of. Don't take your car here they can't even open a hood.

Excellent first experience! I was so impressed with the fast, friendly, & affordable service I received. Also thrilled with the convenient and accessible neighborhood location. I won't be returning to my VW dealership for service again!!

I feel good about taking my car to South Denver Auto Services Center because I know I can trust them to either not do unnecessary repairs or overcharge for the needed repairs.
